Challange: Start Our Own Agency. As a team we set out to build a creative agency from the ground up, with the aim of offering impactful design and branding solutions to diverse clients.

Solution:

 Leveraged the Lean Startup Methodology for agile testing and iteration.

Conducted SWOT analysis and market research to understand competitors and client needs.

Interviewed experienced entrepreneurs to uncover strategies for sustainable growth.

Created a brand strategy, including a detailed brand book and implementation plan.

Designed an implementation strategy to ensure efficiency and scalability.

MySafety ABCustomer Centric Product Development
Challange: Create a new product for a specific demographic for MySafety Insurance. Our task was to develop a product concept that would resonate with a targeted audience, aligning with MySafety's core values and market needs.

Solution:

Conducted market and trend analysis to identify key opportunities and gaps in the insurance market.

Researched customer behavior and client experience to ensure the product met the specific needs of the target demographic.

Developed a comprehensive business case outlining the product’s market potential, financial viability, and strategic alignment.


Presented the finished product concept to MySafety’s board members, effectively pitching its value and potential.

This project enhanced my skills in market research, business planning, and client collaboration while delivering tangible value to the client.

Challange: At Office99, the challenge was to help clients simplify and automate their workflows to save time and improve efficiency. Many of our clients struggled with repetitive tasks but didn’t have technical expertise to implement advanced solutions like bots or coding.
